Fund transaction types are used to make adjustments to the overall cash position for the day.
For example: Fund transaction types define how cash received from games machines, miscellaneous expenditure on topping up floats, and petty cash spending affect the amount of cash you have and where it is held.
Vista includes some default fund transaction types, but you may want to create some extra ones, particularly if you are going to use CashDesk. Use the Fund Transaction Types maintenance form in Head Office and Cinema Manager to create and manage fund transaction types.
