Cinema Manager's Purchase orders page lets you order stock by creating a purchase order to send to your head office for central stock ordering, or to one or more local vendors.

How does stock forecasting work?

Cinema Manager suggests how much stock to order based on the number of admits and amount of stock used over a recent period (for example, the last three weeks). You can override the forecast with your own prediction of admits and item consumption, and generate a new recommended order.

Why can I only order a limited quantity of stock?

Your organisation may have enforced stock limits for purchase orders, or for a particular vendor. If you order more than a specific quantity or value of items, a member of staff with the relevant permissions must approve it before it can be finalised.
