Data views

The Data views page lets you view customisable reports which provide information about your site and its records. For example, you could use the Films data view to see what films opened on a particular day, or the User Activity data view to audit activity across your workstations.

Use the prompts to create a filtered view of the specific data you're interested in. You can also rearrange and resize the columns to suit your needs.

You can save multiple views of the same data set (for instance, ticket transactions) and export the results to a CSV or Excel file for more in-depth analysis.
