Use the Reporting > Overview page in Cinema Manager to quickly access your recently run reports, and create your own groups of related reports.
- Click Create report group.
- Give your new report group a name, and click Add report.
It might be useful to group your reports by subject matter (for example, 'Box Office reporting'), by scheduled times (for example, 'Daily reports'), or for a particular event (for example, 'Film festival reports').
- Set the parameters for each report you add to the group.
Every time you run the report from this group, the same parameters will be applied. You can set a relative date range for most reports so they always show information relevant to the date on which you run them.
Tip! To get the most out of your reporting, don't be afraid to explore. Vista has many reports, so if there's a particular metric you're interested in, it's likely to be found in at least one of them.
