Correcting cashup mistakes

If you make a mistake when cashing up a sales session, you can undo it and start over.

1. In Cinema Mangaer > CashDesk > Fund status, click Cash up in the page header.
2. In the Cashed up pane, select the sales session you made a mistake for, and click Undo cashup.

The sales session will appear under the Pending tab again.

Note: To give users permission to use this feature, select Can Undo Cashed up Sales Session for the relevant user groups in Cinema Manager > Maintenance > User Groups.
