When you move from a previous concession system to Vista, you'll need to do an initial stocktake to create your opening stock counts.

Steps

1. Create a new stocktake.
2. Select Add Concession Item on the Stocktake page.
3. Select the items you use.
   

   Important! Don't select all items unless you truly use all items. Selecting items you don't use will add clutter to your system and make your records more difficult to manage.

4. Click Add.
5. Proceed with entering the stock counts.
