The following fund balances can be displayed in the CashDesk page header of Cinema Manager:
|Total funds||The sum of all money at your cinema right now, including payment vouchers including banking-related funds.|
The sum of all money at your cinema right now, excluding banking-related funds, such as deposit funds.
Cinema funds can include money on the table and other non-banking related funds.
|Expected cinema funds||
The money you are expected to have to run your cinema right now.
Expected cinema funds are only displayed if they have been configured in Head Office.
If the value of Expected cinema funds is changed in Head Office, using an Effective date, a message will appear in Cinema Manager > CashDesk > Fund status one week before the upcoming change, to allow you to prepare.
