If you miscounted the items you received, you can easily correct the stock receipt if your stocktake date and time hasn't ended.
Note: If a receipt contains an item in a location that is in a stocktake, and the stocktake date and time is in the past, the receipt can't be updated.
- In Cinema Manager, on the Stock receipts page, select the record that contains the mistake, and click Update receipt.
- Correct the quantity of the miscounted item.
If you made a mistake on a field other than Quantity, set the quantity to 0 and create a new stock receipt to record the correct value for that item.
- Click Update receipt.
