After creating your stocktake in Cinema Manager, you can print a stocktake sheet to record your actual stock levels on.

To make the stocktake grid more closely resemble the Stocktake sheet printout, with count locations and stock units, set the system setting StocktakeStyle to Show units of measure.
Tip! If you're using Cinema Manager on a tablet, open Tablet mode to enter stock counts more easily.

Count the relevant items, and record the total quantity for each unit of measure.
If you're entering counts for items that have been set up with multiple units and conversions (
), you'll see a unit of measure (UOM) calculator. You can enter values for an item in multiple units and the calculator will convert these into the base unit.If your cinema performs stocktakes in Day end mode, click Refresh stock to refresh your data so the expected balances are correct.
Cinema Manager creates the stocktake during the previous business day's end-of-day procedure, before any sales for the next day have occurred. If any more transactions occur, click Refresh stock again, to recalculate the movements.
