Comments recorded against a POS Session, or individual transactions, can be viewed through POS Session maintenance.
It is possible to add comments through POS Session maintenance, or in the session through POS.
Note: When a session has comments, a message displays below the ribbon in POS Session maintenance: "This POS session includes comments which should be reviewed".
- In CashDesk, open the POS Session that requires a comment.
- Navigate to the Comments tab.
Comments recorded against particular transactions have their Transaction Number displayed.
Comments recorded against the session in general are listed with Session in the Transaction Number column.
