Read-only access

Read-only access allows users to view Horizon’s starter dashboards.

Read-only access has two user roles, Basic and All sites, which are assigned in identity management. A Basic user can view data for sites they’ve been assigned to for Cinema Manager, while a user with the All sites role can view data for all sites across the organisation.

Full access

Upgrading to full access comes with these benefits and additional user roles:

• The ability to design your own dashboards.
• Creation of custom reports to answer questions as they arise.
• Pivot table analysis for in-depth insights into your business.
• Integration with tools like PowerBI and Tableau for combining data sources.
• Two additional user roles:
  • Designer: A user who can create and modify objects.
  • Admin: A user who has all permissions for all objects.
