Setting up facility types for venues – Help Centre

Set up facility types to apply to venue configurations for Group Sales bookings. The Facility Type form is located in Head Office > Maintenance > Facility Type.

Option	Allowed Values	Description
Name	1–50 characters	The name of the facility type. This can be configured in an alternate language. Example: Food and Beverage outlet.
Sequence	0–99	The sequence number for the facility type. Group Sales firstly displays facility types according to sequence and then alphabetically.
Hire Charge	Any configured Facility Type Hire Charge	The default charge for hiring this type of facility, as configured in Hire Charge maintenance.
Classification	Area Equipment External Screen Restaurant	The classification of the facility type.
