Printing tickets for a private event

You can either print individual tickets for each patron in a Group Sales private event, or a single Group Ticket valid for all group members.

1. In Head Office, open Environment > Security Folder > System Settings.
2. Select your preferred value for the setting PrivateBookingTicketPrint.
3. Click Save.

   Note: If your booking has multiple ticket types and you select to print a Group Ticket, one ticket will be printed for each ticket type. Group Ticket printing is not supported in sessions with allocated seating.
