Manage user groups in Vista Cloud apps with the User Groups form.

Clicking select all modules will select every cabinet and maintenance form entry in the table. The settings then configured in the User Permissions section will apply to all modules. |

Assigned User Group
The settings on this tab configure which other User Groups the users in this group can modify in User maintenance.
For example: It may be appropriate to allow Managers to edit all users, but Supervisors may only edit regular users below them, and not managers above them.

Report Group Rights
The settings on this tab determine which Reports that users in this group can view.
For example: It may be appropriate to allow managers access to all Report Classes, but supervisors may be restricted to accessing reports in the Stock Reports group.
