Group Sales lets you create time markers to keep track of any important moments during an event (for example: guest arrival/departure, film start time, food served) and create an order of proceedings. Some time markers are added automatically when you enter booking details, while others can be added manually.
Steps
- Select your event from the Group Sales homepage.
On the sidebar of the Booking Details page, the Timing section displays any Time Markers for the booking.
- Click the Add Time Marker icon.
- Enter the details of your time marker and click Save.
After you finish
Once you have created a time marker, you can edit or delete it by selecting it from the Timing section of the sidebar. The Timing section is included as an Event Summary on any generated documents for the event.
