You can create recurring bookings in Group Sales. This is a convenient way to cater for customers such as a community group who may hire venue facilities on a weekly or monthly basis.

Steps

1. Click Create Order.
2. Search for and enter the appropriate customer details, then click Continue.
3. Enter the Event Name and Event Type.
4. Select a site or sites, and a date for the initial booking.
5. Select Repeat Bookings.
6. Choose the Interval at which the bookings will occur, and an End Date on which the bookings will finish.
