You can pass control of an event or booking to another salesperson if required.

Steps

1. Open the event summary or booking summary page.
2. Click the Pass To Another icon in the sidebar:

   

3. Search for and select another salesperson to pass the event/booking to.

   Note: Users will only be available to select if they also have user security rights for the relevant site or sites in the event.
