Save time by copying a similar booking or event in Group Sales.
Before you begin:
Ensure that user permissions have been set up appropriately for your user groups. The option to create copies of group sales is only available to user groups with Full Edit or Personal Edit security rights.
Group Sales users can copy session information for Private Bookings and Distributor Previews to multiple venues and dates at once.
Steps
- In your selected Group Sales booking, click
A new window Copy selected Venue and Date to following Venues and Dates appears.

- Select the sites and dates to which you want the group sale session to be copied.
- Click Add Venue & Date.
- Click Create Copy.
Any new copied bookings will be created with their status set to Inquiry. The following fields will be copied to the new venues and dates:
- Details
- Film Sessions
- Concessions
- Venue Facilities
- Screen Hires
- Staff Requirements
- Miscellaneous Items
The following fields will not be copied to the new venues and dates:
- Invoices
- Payments
- Documents
- Follow-ups
- Programming Approvals
Copying to a new venue: Details that cannot be copied to the new venue (for example, venue-specific Concession Items) are left blank. The missing information is marked in the copied group sale by a notification icon next to the affected field.
