You can configure Group Sales so that users can only confirm a group sale after the film programmer has approved the Corporate Booking in Film Programming or Cinema Manager.

Steps

1. In Head Office, click Maintenance > System Settings.
2. Click Select Category > GROUPSALES-SYSTEM.
3. Select the system setting CorporateBookingApproval and set the Configuration Value to RequiredBeforeConfirmation.
4. Click Save.
