Close your group sale after the completion of the event.

Steps

1. On the Group Sales homepage, select your group sale.
2. Click Change Status > Closed.

   The group sale is no longer visible on the Group Sales homepage.

   Note: TheHead Office system setting AllowUnpaidInvoicesAtClose determines whether you can close sales which still have outstanding invoices.
