There are multiple options for delivering vouchers to customers, which you can select on the Delivery Details page for each voucher order.
Note: After vouchers are issued, you cannot change the delivery method.
Pickup At Site
Voucher orders are picked up by the customer from POS (at their preferred site).
Deliver To Address
The options for this selection:
- Vouchers are issued and printed from Group Sales to a Zebra printer at a selected site, then picked up by the customer.
- Vouchers are issued and printed from Group Sales to a Zebra printer at a selected site, then delivered to a physical address.
- Vouchers are issued and printed from Group Sales to Head Office, then delivered to a physical address.
Note: The default option for delivery is the customer's physical address, but you can edit this.
Electronic delivery
Voucher orders are emailed to customers and downloaded for printing.
Corporate Vouchers
Vouchers are allocated to the customer's order, allowing them to be activated and printed by the customer from the Corporate Vouchers portal at any time.
