To help you manage companies and contacts, you can link a contact record to a company record in Group Sales.
Steps
- When creating a new company record and new contact record:
(i) Click Companies and Contacts.
(ii) Select
.In order to prevent duplicate records, you must search for existing contacts before the New... button appears.
(iii) Enter the relevant company details.
(iv) Select New Contact.
(v) Enter the relevant contact details. The contact will automatically be linked to the Company and you can include their Job Title. You can also remove their link to the company.
(vi) Click Save.
- When creating a new contact record for an existing company:
(i) Click Companies and Contacts.
(ii) Select
.(iii) Enter the contact details and select Company Contact.
(iv) Select the company to link the contact to and click Save.
