Quick Pay in Group Sales

The Quick Pay page in Group Sales is a shortcut tool that allows you to pay off event bookings and voucher orders quickly. You can search the order or booking by Reference or Invoice number.

Note: The search box only allows numerical values.

If there is no existing invoice for the selected voucher order, the total to pay value will be equal to the order Outstanding value. After the payment is made, you will be able to view details under Today's Payment Activity.

Tip! You can edit and reverse payments on the billing page of the event or voucher order.
