Managing companies and contacts

In Group Sales, each event must have an associated Company or General Public contact. In order to prevent duplicate contacts from being created, you have to first search for existing contacts when creating a new event.

If you want to prevent an old contact from appearing in search results (for example: a company that no longer exists), open the contact record in Companies and Contacts and clear the Include Inactive Companies and Contacts field.
