In Head Office, you can limit voucher editing rights for certain Group Sales users so that they don't interfere with orders created by another user.

Steps

1. In Head Office > Maintenance > User groups, open the relevant user group.
2. Click the Group Sales Security tab.
3. Under Voucher Orders Security Level, select the level of editing rights that you want to grant the user:

   Note: By setting the Head Office system setting GroupSales_VoucherExpiryDateOverride to N, you can also prevent users from overriding voucher expiry dates when they add vouchers to orders.
