The Group Sales Financial Summary report shows charges, payments and invoices for each of your group sales. You can use this information to keep track of finances associated with Group Sales. You can limit the report to display data only for events with outstanding payments, and you can view an additional breakdown of charges (box office, facility hire, concessions etc.) for each site.
Note: Public screenings are indicated by an asterisk and do not display tax information in this report.
Report prompts
Prompt | Description |
Date Range |
Select the date range for which to show data. |
Event Type |
Select an event type to limit the report to one type of event, or select data for all event types. |
Status |
Select an event status to limit the report to one status, or select data for all event statuses. Note: If you select a Reason and Status that are not linked, the report will run but show no data. |
Status Reason |
Select a status reason to limit the report to one status reason, or select data for all status reasons. Note:If you select a Reason and Status that are not linked, the report will run but show no data. Note: When running the report, the Status Reason is appended to the Status. |
Venue |
Select a venue to limit the report to a single venue, or select data for all venues. |
Only Display Events With Outstanding Payments |
Choose whether to display all events in the report, or only events with outstanding payments. |
Show Site Breakdown |
Choose whether to display a breakdown of net, gross and tax amounts for each booking. |
Format |
Select the format for the report output. Note: This prompt only appears when generating the report from Group Sales, not from Head Office. |
