Date Range

Select the date range for which to show data.

Event Type

Select an event type to limit the report to one type of event, or select data for all event types.

Status

Select an event status to limit the report to one status, or select data for all event statuses.

Company

Select a company to limit the report to a single company, or select data for all companies.

Group Sales Ref

Enter a group sale reference number to show data for a specific group sale only.

Venue

Select a venue to limit the report to a single venue, or select data for all venues.

Film

Select a film to limit the report to a single film, or select data for all films.

Group By

Determines how the data in the report is grouped for display.

Note: If you select Company, public contact group sales will be excluded from the report. If you select Film, group sales without a film assigned will be excluded from the report.

Format

Select the format for the report output.

Note: This prompt only appears when generating the report from the Group Sales website, not from Head Office.
