You can change a booking's booking type, open its booking page, and select a booking type.
Note: you can only change a booking's booking type if it meets certain criteria:
- The booking's status must be Inquiry, Inquiry Follow up, or Tentative.
- There must be no films added to the booking. If a film has been added to the booking, you can only change to a different booking sub-type within the current booking type.
- There must be no invoices generated for the booking.
- The booking must not be linked to a CRM opportunity.
- If an event has multiple bookings, you can't change it to a public event.
- If an event is tax exempt, you can't change it to a public event.
