In Showtime Manager, after selecting a session on the grid, use the following properties to determine the timing of your session, including pre-show content, intervals, and cleanup time.
Option | Description |
Session Start |
The session's start time. Note: You may not have permission to alter the Session Start field, based on session properties restrictions for your user group. If this field is restricted, you will also not be able to drag and drop the session to another time in the main screen. |
Trailer Duration |
The total length in minutes of pre-show content (advertisements and trailers). |
Interval Duration |
The length of the interval, in minutes. If you don't want any interval, set this to 0. |
Interval Mins From Start |
The number of minutes after the feature film start time that the interval starts. If the Interval Duration is 0, you can't edit this field. For example: If the session starts at 2:30pm, has a Trailer Duration of 15 minutes, and has Interval Mins From Start set to 60, the interval will start at 3:45pm. |
Cleanup Duration |
The length of cleanup time after the feature film, in minutes. |
Session Duration |
The total length of the session, including pre-show content, interval, and cleanup time, in minutes. |
Tip! As well as setting the session start time from the session properties panel, you can adjust it on the canvas by dragging and dropping, or by using your left and right arrow keys to bump it in small increments.
