In Showtime Manager, these session properties determine the session's rules for advertising and ticket sales.

Ticket Purchase Rules |
Applies configured Ticket Purchase Rules to the session. Selecting rules here overrides any Price Card Ticket Purchase Rules that are applied to the session by default, depending on your selected price card. |
Allow Complimentaries |
Allows complimentary tickets to be issued for the session. Note: The Application Rights settings in you user group determine whether you can alter this field. The User can allow/prohibit Complimentaries for sessions and bookings setting in the user group determines whether a user can allow or prohibit complimentary tickets. Tip: If your organisation has a standard policy regarding complimentary (zero-value) tickets, you can automatically apply this policy to all new film bookings and sessions using the system setting FILMSCHED.AutomaticallyAllowComps. |
Allow Overselling |
Allows more tickets to be sold then there are available seats in the screen for this session. Note: You can only select this option if Seat Allocation is off. |
Sales Channels |
Determines which sales channels tickets for the session can be sold through. Note: You may not have permission to alter this field, based on Application Rights settings against your user group. |
Assign Revenue to Future Date |
Assigns box office revenue from this session's ticket sales to a day in the future, instead of the actual day of the session. Use this for instance if you a playing a film before its official release date and want to assign all revenue to its official opening weekend. Note: You may not have permission to alter this field, based on Application Rights settings against your user group. |
Advance Revenue Date |
The date to which the box office revenue from this session will be assigned. This field is only available if Assign Revenue to Future Date is enabled, and may be limited by the system setting MaxDaysAdvanceSessionRevenue. Note: You may not have permission to alter this field, based on Application Rights settings against your user group. |
Display as Sold Out |
Displays the session as sold out at POS and other sales channels, and on signage. |
Public Screening |
Determines whether the session is a public screening. It will be available for ticket sales through your chosen sales channels, and advertised on signage. |
