Session numbers

In Showtime Manager, session numbers are used as unique identifiers for each active session on a specific screen for that day. They can be added manually or automatically. Enable this functionality with the UseShowNumbers system setting.

Note: Sessions that are on the same screen and business day must have different sessions numbers.

Re-sequence session numbers

Click Re-sequence session numbers to assign session numbers sequentially to future sessions. The following won't be re-sequenced:

• inactive sessions
• sessions that have transactions or bookings, including transactions in progress or transactions where a refund has occurred

Note: The system setting UseShowNumbers must be set to either R or D to enable this functionality.
