Event orders for group sales can be sent to specific sites for customers to collect at POS.
Collection timeframes:
- Tickets can be collected at any time or added to a tab on the day of the session.
- Items can only be collected or added to a tab on the day of the session.
Important! Make sure the Start Tab and Pickup All options are available at POS by configuring these in Cinema Manager > Maintenance > Workstations.
