Bulk adding/modifying/deleting bookings for a given week

On the Circuit Planning page, you can add, modify, and delete bookings in bulk for a given week.

1. Click the Edit icon next to the week you wish to add/modify/delete bookings.
2. Select Bulk add films/Bulk modify films/Bulk delete films.
3. Search for the film you would like to bulk add/modify/delete bookings for, or select it from the Suggested films list.

   Note: If you are bulk adding/modifying bookings, use comments to communicate specific information to the site about how a booking should be played.

   Note: Select Advance Screenings to bulk-add advance screenings, and use the Advance screenings days field to determine the number of days prior to the film's release date you want to play the advance screening.

4. Select the weeks you would like to update.
5. Add/modify/delete the number of prints in each available format you desire—either in bulk or by individual site.
6. Click Add/Modify/Delete to update.
