Working on the Holdover at the same time as someone else

Sometimes two or more people work on Film Manager's Holdover at the same time.

• If you're actively working on a holdover sheet, it will be locked to all other users.
• After you're finished and have saved your changes, the holdover sheet will be unlocked for everyone—until someone starts actively working on it again.
• If you start working on a holdover sheet and leave your desk without saving your work, someone else can unlock the sheet and work on it, erasing any changes you've made. We recommend you save your work as you go.
