You can edit corporate bookings created at your site. Depending on the permissions you've been given by your head office or system administrator, you may or may not be able to edit bookings that have been imported from Head Office.
Note: You can't edit bookings created in Group Sales. If you need to edit these, contact your head office.
- In Corporate bookings, select a booking from the list.
The booking opens so you can edit it.
- Check whether the booking has already been scheduled. If it has, follow your internal processes. You might need to liaise with your customer and film programmer to find a solution.
Scheduled bookings will have a Scheduled at site status, or yellow alert icons.
Warning! Check all alert icons carefully. They indicate the booking has been scheduled differently from the original booking details.
For example: if the price card selected during scheduling is different from the price card suggested in Group Sales, you'll see an alert icon.
- If your booking hasn't been scheduled, edit the details you want to change.
Note: If created in Group Sales, many booking details fields will be disabled, except for Door signage.
- Approve or Reject the changes to the booking.
