Combining bookings in the same slot

In Film Manager's Holdover, when you want to play more than one booking per slot, you can combine the bookings into a single slot, and detail how those bookings are to play.

1. Hover over the booking you want to create a Split or Combo with, and select Combine:

   

   A window appears, allowing you to choose which bookings to combine with the first.

2. Select one or more bookings from the list.

   Note: You can set policies and comments for the bookings you choose, to describe how they will be played together.

3. Click Confirm.

   All the bookings you've chosen move into the same slot.

   Tip! You can also combine bookings by clicking and dragging them onto one another.

You can also break existing combos:

1. Hover over the booking you want to break, and select Break:

   

   If there are free slots in the Playing section, the booking you break is placed in its own slot directly below the one it was originally in, and all other bookings are moved down one slot. If there are no free slots in the Playing section, the booking is placed in the Unassigned section. You are breaking only your selected booking.

   Note: If you select Drop instead of Break, the booking will still be removed from the combination, but will appear in the Dropped section instead.
