When a patron purchases an item on the internet through the Gift Shop, they can select a Delivery Method. The charge for the delivery method will be added to the total transaction cost.
Delivery methods are also used to define the ways vouchers and gift cards are sent to clients.
Use the Delivery Methods maintenance form to view, create, and configure delivery methods, and define options such as freight, courier, and postal options as well as default and minimum charges.
In Head Office, Cinema Manager, or Voucher Manger, go to Maintenance > Delivery Methods.

Some Concessions Items may be configured as Pickup Only when they are purchased from the Gift Shop. This is useful for high-value items that you do not wish to risk losing in the post. Note: Only one Delivery Method can be configured with the Pickup From Site setting. If the checkbox is selected when another Delivery Method is already configured with it, an error message will be displayed. |
Electronic |
Cleared Selected |
Enables your Delivery Method to be configured as Electronic. An alternative Delivery Method must be marked as Electronic when changing the status of a Delivery Method with Electronic selected to Inactive or To be Deleted. Note: Only one Delivery Method can have Electronic selected. |
