Cinema Name

Any configured Cinema

The Cinema to which the Stock Location belongs.

For example: A Site that has multiple cinemas, such as Mainstream and Gold Class, may have separate stock locations for each.

Is the Default Stock Location

If the checkbox is selected, the Stock Location will be the default.

Note: Only one configured stock location may have this option selected. If a record is saved with this field selected, all other records will have the Default Stock Location field cleared.

Kiosk Defaults to Location

When Concession Items are purchased from Kiosk and then picked up, the items will be recorded as coming from the Stock Location that has this option selected.

Current Stocktake Date

Any date, in your computer's local date format

The date of the current Stocktake for the Stock Location. This may be a past stocktake that has not yet been finalised, or a future stocktake.

Last Stocktake Date

Any date, in your computer's local date format

The date of the most recent Stocktake completed for the Stock Location.

Stocktake Count Locations

A Stock Location can be configured with multiple Count Locations, which may represent sub-areas within the location.

For example: A stock location called Kitchen Cupboard may have the count locations Top Shelf, Middle Shelf and Bottom Shelf.

Note: At least one count location must be configured for every stock location record, even if the titles are identical.

Report Codes

1–20 characters

Report Codes can be used to create custom extracts of figures for a 3rd-party system.
