This information is collated and displayed on the Price Card Discount form.

Five discount categories are available; Percentage Discount, Price Off, Fixed Price, Variable Percentage and Variable Price Off. Only one of these can be configured at once, all others must be blank or set to No.

The fixed discounted price given for this Ticket Type. This cannot be used if another discount type is already configured. |
Variable Percentage |

If this is set to Yes, the POS operator will be prompted to enter a percentage discount. This must be set to No if another discount category is already configured. |
Variable Price Off |

If this is set to Yes, the POS operator will be prompted to enter a price off discount. This must be set to No if another discount category is already configured. |
Status |
Active Inactive To be Deleted |
An Active discount is currently in use. An Inactive discount is not currently in use. This may be because it is still under construction, or because it only applies during a specific time period. For example: School holidays. A discount that is saved as To be Deleted can no longer be used. |
