Ticket Class form – Help Centre

The following fields make up the Ticket class form, accessed via Cinema Manager > Maintenance > Ticket classes. Use this form to set up and maintain general details about a ticket class.

Option	Allowed Values	Description
Local Description	1–50 characters	The name of the ticket class used at the local site level.
HO Description	1–50 characters	The name of the ticket class used at the Head Office level. For example: The HO Description may be in a different language to the Local Description. Note: This field is only required if your business uses Vista's Head Office solution.
Report Order	Any number	A number indicating the order in which the Ticket Class appears on Reports. A Report Order of 1 indicates that the ticket class is listed first on reports; higher numbers indicate a later position in the reports.
