HO Code |

This allows an Event to have the same code at all Sites for consolidated reporting purposes. This field is only required if your organisation uses Head Office. |
Opening Date |
Any date, in your computer's local date format |
The starting date of the Event. |
Closing Date |
Any date, in your computer's local date format |
The finishing date of the Event. |
GL Account |
Any account option in the drop-down menu. |
Displays all the General Ledger Accounts that are available. |
Web Graphic Name |
1–30 characters |
The filename of the image that will be displayed on Vista Web for the Event. The file must be on the Web server. |
Coming Soon |
Cleared Selected |
Films belonging to an Event marked as coming soon will be shown on the Coming Soon page in Vista Web. |
Show Films Independently |

If this checkbox is selected, Films associated with this Event will not be displayed in the main section with other films. For example: Films associated with a Film Festival may be displayed on a different page on Vista Web. |
