Allowing seat swaps between area categories with vouchers

At POS, a ticket that is bought with a ticket voucher may be exchanged for a different ticket type, such as a seat in a different area category, provided both ticket types share the same ticket code and voucher barcode.

1. In Head Office, go to Maintenance > Ticket Types.
2. Ensure that the ticket types share the same ticket and voucher barcodes.
   • Ticket Type > Ticket Code
   • Vouchers > Barcode

A ticket type bought with a voucher that has the listed barcode can now be exchanged for any other ticket type that shares the same ticket and barcode, using the Swap function at POS.

Important! No additional charge is imposed on the customer, even if the exchanged ticket types have different prices.
