Excluding loyalty members from paying booking fees

For business reasons, you may want to exempt loyalty members from paying booking fees when buying tickets through remote sales channels.

Note: This setting only applies to remote sales channels, not to POS.

1. In Cinema Manager or Head Office, go to Maintenance > System Settings.
2. In the prompt window, select the category REMOTE SALES DEVICES, and click OK.
3. Open the LoyaltyMemberNoBookingFeeChnls settings.
4. Enter the Sales Channels required in the Configuration Value.
5. Save.
