Keeping track of recipe items that you make before sale

Record any recipe items you make before sale, such as pre-rolled ice creams. This lets your organisation keep track of the stock quantities of each of the recipe's components.

1. In Cinema Manager, click Concessions > Items made.
2. Click Make items.
3. Select any Item to make, and enter a quantity.

   Note: Only items configured with the type Made in advance (Recipe) can be selected.

   Tip: If you're recording items you made in the past, you can backdate the record by selecting a Date in the past.

4. Edit the quantity of the components in the grid (for example, if you use less ice cream than the item recipe dictates).
5. Click Submit.
