Searching for POS Operators

There are two ways of searching for POS Operator details.

If you know the POS operator's details

1. Go to Users.
2. Filter by the operator's name or other details.

If you don't know the POS operator's details

If you know the POS operator's name, then use Cinema Manager's reporting function.

1. Navigate to Reporting > Data views.
2. Ensure that Show all data views is on.
3. Select Users from the dropdown list.
4. Filter the table by Default cinema of your choice.
5. Filter the table using the POS Operators User group.

   Note: These instructions assume you have already set up a user group of POS Operators.
