Setting up a stocktake for InTouch

Any stocktake set up in Cinema Manager can also be used with InTouch. Follow the same steps for creating a stocktake.

The stocktake becomes becomes available for counts on InTouch. When the InTouch user selects the stocktake, the stock location of that stocktake is locked in Cinema Manager.

Stocktake data is directly sent back to Cinema Manager from InTouch once the stocktake is complete.

InTouch users can scan barcodes of concession items during stocktake using their mobile device's camera, or an external scanner. Users must be granted the user group permission Assign Barcodes to Stock Units in Head Office or Cinema Manager in order to assign barcodes to stock units.
