Once you've contacted us to get set up with Vista Payments, we'll begin configuring your Vista Payments account. During the set-up process, we need you to submit your account details.
Before you begin
- You need an active, unique link to access the Vista Payments account details page. We emailed you this link when we started your account set-up. If you don't have the link, contact Vista.
- If your verification link has expired, follow it and complete the on-screen steps to request a new one from Adyen, our payments partner.
Steps
- Follow your unique link to Adyen's verification page and complete the on-screen steps to verify your phone number and email address. You'll receive a verification email.
- In the email, select Go to account details.
- Answer the business set-up question.
- On the Set up your account page, complete all required sections: Business details, Decision-makers, Bank account details, PCI DSS questionnaire, Sign services agreement.
After completing a section, it's status will change to In review. - Close the window when you have complete all sections.
After you finish
Once you submit your account information, it will be reviewed and verified. We'll then continue configuring your account. This process can take up to two weeks. When everything is complete, we'll email your Vista Payments access credentials.
