Situation
Members may contact your customer service department if they are receiving more than one copy of the same campaign email.
What to do
This is can be due to having the same email address being associated with more than one membership. To confirm this, navigate to Member Search and enter the member's email address in the email field. If more than one result is returned with the same email address, then this is likely to be the cause.
To resolve this you will need to update the member data in Vista Loyalty for the duplicate memberships. Please refer to the Loyalty User Guide specific to your Vista Loyalty version.
