One key point to remember with Custom Audiences is that an audience can be used across multiple Facebook Ad Sets (i.e. group of Ads). This means on the Movio end, when creating the ‘Facebook’ channel loyalty campaign, you should name the campaign and associated Custom Audience to a name that represents the audience (e.g. “High propensity to watch Marvel films”) rather than the name of the ad campaigns they’re running through the Facebook interface.
