The master holder of your Loyalty data is your current Loyalty system, which automatically synchronizes with Movio. If any changes would be made to a Movio record (e.g. member record), that record would be overwritten with the data in your current Loyalty system at the time of the next synchronization.
This is one of the reasons why we at Movio aren't able to easily delete a member record in your Movio database. To work around this, however, a member record can be anonymized. In order to do so, please raise a request to anonymize the member data in Movio by following the process explained in the article Processing a moviegoer's right to erasure (’right to be forgotten’) with Movio.
